Altavista High School is a public high school in Altavista, Virginia. Altavista High School and Middle School are all under the same roof, thus goes by Altavista Combined School (Grades 6-12). The Basketball team has won 4 state titles under coach Mike Cartolaro. in 2004, 2013,2014, and 2015. The Girls Basketball team has won 1 state title. Forensics have won several state titles.
